Why is my order shipped with signature required?

To ensure safe and accurate delivery, some orders are shipped with signature confirmation. This helps prevent lost or misdelivered packages and ensures the shipment reaches the intended recipient.

Signature requirements are determined based on the order and shipment details and cannot be modified once the order is placed.

Can I request no signature on delivery?

Signature requirements cannot be removed or modified once an order is placed.

What happens if my tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

If you are unable to locate your package, please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Occasionally, carriers may delay scanning packages. This can result in tracking not updating immediately even after the package has been dropped off.

If tracking does not update after several days, please contact us and we will review the situation.
