Shipping & Order Policy
General Shipping Information
All orders require signature tracking. Packages waiting for collection at USPS, UPS, or FedEx are considered in transit and are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or reshipment. Please make arrangements to collect your package promptly.
Domestic Orders
- Maximum order amount: $700 (including shipping fees). Orders above this limit must be placed via email and paid by wire transfer. Shipment occurs only after payment is received.
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method due to increased fraud.
- In-stock items typically ship 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) from Costa Mesa, CA. Weekend and U.S. federal holiday orders will ship within 1–3 business days following the next business day.
- Domestic shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on location. Transit times are not guaranteed.
- Shipping cost (USPS Priority Signature Tracking) ranges from approximately $11.00 – $14.70, presented at checkout.
International Orders
- Maximum order amount: $450 (including shipping fees).
- Shipping is via FedEx signature GPS tracking with real-time rates. Rates reflect actual shipping costs — Quiet Carry does not profit on international shipping.
- We do not offer free shipping or returns for international orders.
- Delivery may take 6–15 business days, subject to customs delays. Transit times are not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for all customs/duties charges. Quiet Carry cannot mark items as gifts to bypass fees. For questions, contact your local customs office.
- We do not ship to forwarding addresses or hotels. Quiet Carry reserves the right to cancel any order.
- The buyer assumes all risk for international shipments once the order leaves our facility, including potential customs holds, rejections, or destruction of items.
Order Inspection
Each item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping. Customers should inspect the knife upon delivery before use.
Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
- Items must be 100% unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return or refund.
- Items showing scratches, blemishes, or signs of use (including test cuts, pocket carry, disassembly, or cleaning marks) are not eligible.
- Orders returned or refused are subject to restocking fees and shipping costs.
Restocking Fees
- Standard approved returns: 10%
- Payment plan orders (via Zezzle): 25%
- Items returned used, modified, or with dust/lint inside: minimum 25%
- Multiple order returns: 25%
- Returned items sent for reviews: 25%

- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Please allow 1–2 business days for a response. We are a small team, not a large corporation, and we do not respond in real time. Response times may vary depending on workload.
